It looks like you mixed stuff from too many source. (I am aware of the fact 
that our intructions and our webpage suck ;-).

Please have a look at

 ftp://ftp.zfos.org/brew/kolab/BIN/kolab-20040217-2.0.0/ix86-debian3.0

This server contains precompiled binaries for your platform.

Simply download everything and then run 

	./obmtool kolab
