install certificate on mac os9

hi All
sorry for my ignorance, but trying to add the server certificate to mac os9
keychain fails. If someone could give me a hint ....
Otherwise sending through Encourage ( or so ... MAC-Outlook ) fails.
I tried it similar to MS by copying cert.ca to cacert.cer. Trying to open
with IE starts keychain-manager (? Schlüsselbund ... in german ) but does
nothing.
