show-time-as and out-of-office in v3

Right. We need a UI where this information is actually visible though, for it 
to become useful, which at least Kontact doesn't have at the moment and I'm 
not aware that Roundcube has either, or has it?

Showing out-of-office on the event though, so it is visible in normal shared 
calendars, makes perfect sense already now, and would be the first step for 
bringing it to Kontact as well.
In that case just as checkbox next to the location and not as show-time-as.
