Can you say again why all clients need that translation table?
So far I've thought that only the non-Olson database systems like Outlook
would need the translation table. Systems like Horde or Kontact could just
use their Olson database.
Background_
iTip invitations force a complete VTIMEZONE object, if TZID is used
in the start and end dates. So you do not need a table to interpret them,
just follow the VTIMEZONE object coming with it.
