attendee status "delegated"

Just to let you know,  I've just created the following issue:
kolab/issue3773 (Status "delegated" should be in Kolab-Format spec)

My plan still is to polish up the 2.0 format and declare it 2.0 "final"
with Kontact Proko2 and Outlook/Toltec being refered to fill the gaps.
This is the sensible way to go, to refer those older clients,
because we would actually need a client implementers manual which
we lack resources to produce afterwards.

"delegated" would thus be scheduled to be included in a  compatible update 
2.0.1 spec.
