incorrect XML Tag specification

Hi,

in the official document is written:

<web-page>(string, default empty)</webpage>

This is incorrect XML. 

We must define if we want <web-page> or <webpage>

David, Joon: What do you prefer? Which change is mostly backwards compatible?

If I don't get an answer I will update the documentation and choose 
<web-page>.
