thanks for trying to contribute to Kolab packaging! :)

I'm sorry that you had trouble with the Open Build Service. We are not that 
happy with it ourselves, but it is the best thing that is available at the 
moment, it is here and it somehow works.

We are also just using and not developing it. Questions about the password 
policy are therefore better addressed to the upstream list at:

    http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-buildservice/

To me it looks like your problem is best solved by signing up with a 
alphanumeric password and a new account. If you insist on using your old 
account name, maybe we can delete it from the database and let you try again.
