Hi there,

While it feels we've almost secretly met between the lead packagers of
Kolab 3.0, even though it happened in our public IRC channel[1], I
wanted to share the minutes of this meeting with you.

Please note that our Kolab 3.0 Final Go/No-Go meeting will be at 11:30
UTC on Monday, December 17th. All in attendance will be heard, and if
you cannot make this meeting, we encourage you to continue to log bugs
in our issue tracker https://issues.kolab.org.

= In Attendance =

- Paul Klos (Debian)
- Jeroen van Meeuwen (Enterprise Linux)

= State of Debian Packages =

- Tracker Bug #728[2]
- 5 tickets remain
- 1 ticket is an actual blocker (#1426[3])
- 4 are tasks remaining, or otherwise non-blockers

Our gratitude goes out to the people who've been working on making
Kolab 3.0 on Debian such a success so far; the vast majority of 60
tickets have been resolved by the community.

= State of Enterprise Linux Packages =

While not explicitly discussed, the Enterprise Linux packages are
currently actively being used as well as maintained by Kolab Systems
employees (who have all day to work on them). As it is our reference
platform after all, I've therefore classified them to be in a state of
sufficient quality for Kolab 3.0 Release Candidate 1.

= State of Software in Kolab 3.0 =

- A relative low quantity of issues remains to exist in Kolab 3.0[4],
most of them annoyances and upstream issues (as opposed to Kolab
Groupware issues).

Kind regards,

Jeroen van Meeuwen
