[Kolab-devel] [issue4861] Add option to filter for "matches all of the selected categories" in Kaddressbook

Using Categories to mark contacts it has been a big request from users that they
should be able to filter the contacts by a set of categories and not only by one
category.

This helps when printing formal letters that should only go out to people which
have the correct categories. Like "Christmas Card, Kolab"

Feature was requested internally by intevation (No RT #)
