Testing today revealed something like a regression.

kdepim Version: 4:3.5.10.enterprise.0.20111106.571510f-kk1
Changes to be immedeately synced.

How to reproduce:
  a) start Kontact, select a week view for one or several calenders
  b) create an appointment at time X, e.g. 10:00
  b.1) optional: Sync manually for all or the folder in question.
  c) move the appointment down with the mouse to a different time,
     or change the end time with the mouse in the week view, e.g. 10:30
     It is okay to select any kolab folder.
  Observation: The appointment is now displayed at the target time 10:30
  c.1) optional: sync.
  d) Check the object on the server: it still has the old 10:00 time and
     the same file number.
  Expected behaviour: new imap file number because the updated appointment
     is written. The new file should have the new time, e.g. 10:30.
