Test:
Req: Use default webbrowser config
1. Send a mail to own account contain a https side, which cert hasn't been auth
yet or a http side, which sends cooks.
2. Sync.
3. Read the mail and click on the link.
=> e.g it is asked twice to authorize the ssl cert.
Should be: ask only one time.

If a own webbrowser is configured in systemsettings, it asked just one time.
