[Kolab-devel] [issue4573] Edit one recurring item (of an event with recurrence) sends 2 invitation emails (rt#6212)

Tested with Kontact enterprise35 20100921.1178260:

1. User A creates an event with recurrence (e.g. weekly, every monday, 10-12h).
   Adds another attendee (user B).   
2. A clicks "Send Email".
3. B gets invitation mail and clicks "Accept".
4. A gets answer mail and clicks "Record response in my calendar".
5. A switches to calendar component and edits the second event
   (e.g. change the time to 8-10h, same date).
   (A clicks "Only This Item" to modify only the second event.)
6. A clicks "Send Email"

=> conceptual problem: Kontact sends 2 emails:
 * one update mail for modified event with recurrence - now with an exception!
 * and one invitation mail for new moved event (= exception of the event with
recurrence)

2 emails are technical correct but user expected only one(!) update email which
shows the one(!) modification of the event with recurrence.
