Try to test issue4464 with gpg4win 2.1.0-svn1569 + Kleo 2.1.0-svn1179097:

Install Gpg4win and try to open Kleopatra's file menu. CPU load increased to
98/99%. Kleopatra is very slow - it's unusable.

It blocks the next gpg4win release.
