hello 
witch version of z-push do you use?
1.4.1 or 1.5b1  ?
z push emulate a version 2.5 of activesync 
have you got some communication between you server and. z-push 
verify  with tcpdump please.
as you said to me the debug file is empty.
and your installation work with an iphone.
post the message in the mailing list user too please.
i confirm that zpush 1.4.1 and android runs
