[Kolab-devel] Android And Z-push test results

Hello,

 

I have tested the Android Emulator with Z-push and have been able to overcome any configuration issues.

With SSL disabled and changing the server address from server name to IP address has finally resulted in successfully being able to configure and create a new user account on the phone.

On the Emulator --- Have not been able to test for Calendar events as the emulator does not have an in-built functioning calendar.

The emulator says to check back shortly in form of an error message. Will need to look into this issue. Is anybody familiar with this behavior?

 

However, when tried to test on a similar, actual Android device an error message is received as described in the screenshots attached.

What is different right now that z-push works well in the emulator but not on an actual android device. The results are different.

Can anybody please provide some explanations on these test results?
