The issue tracker should work for both beginners and experts, e.g. by offering a
simple and advanced search or a guided bug wizard and advanced bug form for the
pros. This is important if we want to have more people from the community filing
bugs and make the power-users happy at the same time. An integrated help with
explanation of the fields and their values would also be nice.
