[Kolab-devel] [issue4607] Roundup needs aliases

Naming a bug Kolab-3-Target instead of issue123456 requires aliases. These
should work the search form and in the comment forms, i.e. if I mention
KOLAB-3-BLOCKER in a comment, this should automatically liked to the correct
bug. Unlike numbers aliases can be changed and reused.
