[Kolab-devel] [issue4601] kolabsrv not compatible with Fedora/Red Hat

Originally submitted a patch for this issue on May 16th. It has not ended up in
the right locations quite yet. Since I'm not allowed to make these *critical*
changes without discussion, here it is again;

Needs to be applied to 2.2-stable, for which the attached patch has been written.
