[Kolab-devel] KEP 1: Bootstrapping the process

Hi all,

After some more thinking and some input, you can find the latest draft for a 
KEP process at

	http://wiki.kolab.org/User:Greve/Drafts:KEP:1

which should already be semi-complete. We tried to keep it as simple as 
possible, but some due process is unavoidable to make sure the decision 
process is robust and not easily derailed or abused.
