[Kolab-devel] [issue4659] Kleopatra shows key-id in 8-digit and 16-digit format

Tested with gpg4win-2.1.0-beta2-svn1583.exe (Kleo 2.1.0-svn1191763):

Kleopatra shows the key-id of certificates inconsistent:
a) In the Kleo main window, certificate details, certificate popup window,
certify dialog, etc. the key-id is displayed in 8-digit format.
b) In the email/file verify dialog the key-id is displayed in 16-digit format.

User expected 8-digit format. Please make it consistent.
