Hi,

this is another fairly important patch to Horde rpc.php which fixes an issue
that causes us headaches.  Basically, if you use lightning and acknowledge
reminder, it tries to store the acknowledgement on the server.  The server
doesn't accept it, so you get another reminder a few minutes later.  It's all
very tedious and makes Lightning fairly unusable with Horde/Kolab.

This patch attempts to address this issue:

though towards the end it seems to be suggested that the bug is in fact fixed in
this ticket:
  http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/6658

It's a little unclear.  A fix for this issue in Kolab would be a big improvement.
