tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100326.1107649-kk1

An action in the context menu to decrypt a mail should exists. This action
decrypts the selected mail(s) and copy it to the same mailfolder.

Test:
1. Switch to the mail component.
2. Select a encrypted mail in the mail list.
3. RMB->Decrypt and copy
4. Enter password
=> in the same folder is a copy of the mail - decrypted.

Please estimate first
