New submission from Sergio Martins <sergio at kdab.com>:

Requirements:

- Two user accounts, A and B.
- Account B has invitation policy set to "Always accept" (this config option is
in the admin interface).

Test:

1. A creates an event and invites B.
2. User calendar@<host>.com writes the event to B's calendar.
3. The invitation is automatically accepted (i.e. e-mail sent do A)

Bug:

>From user A point of view, B accepted and that is correct.

But, from B's POV, if he double clicks on the event, he will see that his status
isn't ACCEPTED. And, if you open the kolab.xml in kmail it says
<status>none</status>.

Excepted:

It should be accepted, just like when you use a policy of manually accepting
invitations.

Tested on e35.
