tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100319.1105255-kk4

Test:
1. Open create event dialog.
2. Switch to attendee tab.
3. Click on Select Addressee...
4. Enter "xxx" into the Filter on field.
=> Empty Other Addresses and empty dists lists points are displayed.
The custoemr expects, that empty topics are not displayed.

Please estimate first.
