[Kolab-devel] [issue4231] Synchronisation of EXDATE with Nokia does not work

When synchronizing recurring events with more than one exceptions to a Nokia
phone via SyncML, the exceptions are lost. This is true for both directions
(mobile to server and vice versa): at most one exception is transmitted.

This is due to different EXDATE:xxxx formats in the underlying text/calendar
data formats of the Nokia mobile and the kolab server.

I have written a patch against
/kolab/var/kolab/www/client/lib/SyncML/Device/Nokia.php that does the required
format conversions in both directions. For me the patch is working, besides
issue4226 (excluded dates are not correctly shown in Kontact).
