tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100319.1105128-kk2

Test:
1. Switch to the todo component.
2. Start to create a new todo.
3. Set alarm on. 
4. Set alarm time to 0 mins.
5. Click on "Advanced..."
=> The advanced alarm is set to 1 min before due. 
  I expect that here also the 0 mins is used.
=>Ok in the advanced dialog creates an advanced reminder and I cannot change the
alarm time in the todo dialog anymore.
