tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100312.1103674-kk7

Problems with set start time. time associate flag not saved.

Test:
1. Switch to the todos component.
2. Create a new todo (only startdate and start time, set time associate)
3. Reopen the test todo.
=> The time associate checkbox isn't set.
