In current Kolab 2.2.3 when adding exclusions to recurring events from the web
interface/Horde, these exclusions are ignored by kontact (KDE 3.5 version).

It is working the other way: deleting single occurrences of a recurring event in
Kontact will also remove them in Horde. However, if this information is then
modified through Horde by e.g. deleting another occurrence of the event, all
exclusion information in kontact is lost (Horde still shows correct info).
