The customer asked for following feature:

The calendar context menu should have an additional option "Paste at original
time". This option should paste the event at the original starttime of the event
at the selected day.

Test (e.g.):
1. Switch to calendar.
2. Select an event at 2010-03-12 12:00
3. RMB->"Paste at original time" at the 2010-03-14 at 17:00 
=> the event is paste at the 2010-03-14 at 12:00.
