[Kolab-devel] [issue4207] alarm time textfield in advanced alarm dialog should be 5-digits. (rt#6055)

Test:
1. Start to create a new event.
2. Set alarm on. Look at the alarm time field. It has 5-digits.
3. Click on advanced alarm.
=> The advanced alarm dialog pops up.
4. Look at the alarm time field in the advanced alarm dialog. It has 2-digits.
It should also have 5-digits to be consistent.
