New submission from Ludwig Reiter <ludwig at intevation.de>:

tested with kleopatra 4:3.5.10.enterprise.0.20100716.1150620-kk1
            and gnupg 2.0.15-0kk1

In the LDAP server is one account with umlaut in last name (e.g. John Tüst) and
one normal (e.g. Joe Test).

Test:
1. Start kleopatra.
2. Configure the LDAP lookup server.
3. Search in external certs for "joe".
=> the right cert is displayed. (okay)
4. Search for "test joe"
=> no data error msg. (failure)
5. Search for "joe test" (okay)
6. Search for "tüst" (okay)
7. Search for "john tüst" (failure)
=> no data error msg displayed.
The user expects that the search doesn't depend on the order and he wants to
search for names with umlauts.

Please estimate first.
