The customer wants to have dist list options for CC, BCC.
He wants to configure in a dist list, if the address of a contact is added as
To, CC or BCC for every contact.

Please estimate first.

Background: The customer uses a lot of dist lists and it is important for him,
if a mail is sent to TO, CC or BCC.
