Test:
1. Set the LDAP server first in the lookup order.
2. Open a composer.
3. Enter some letters into the to address field.
=> Lookup list appears, because LDAP is delayed the first address of the second
list is selected.
The user expects that the first address of the LDAP server list is selected,
even when the LDAP is late.

Please estimate first.
