tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100709.1147899-kk1

Test:
1. Open a composer.
2. Add a "to" address and a "CC" address.
3. Delete the CC address with pressing the "Remove" button.
=> After deleting the CC address the to address is removed.
The customer wish for a small delete pause(3 sec?) after deleting one whole field.
(He wants that after deleting the CC address, it is not continued to delete the
to address at once, but after a moment.)

Please estimate first.
