tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100709.1147899-kk1

Test:
Req: Account with activated calendar folder resource.
1. Open kontact.
2. Deactivate the calendar folder. Sync.
3. Close kontact.
4. Open kontact.
5. Try to enter a new event.
(This should not be possible.)
=> error msg no writable resource.
6. Activate the calendar folder. Sync.
7. Try to enter a new event.
=> Failed. Pressing on okay in the edit dialog does nothing.

It also seems to be possible to add an event to a not selected resource.
This is wrong, too.

I think this is a regression, and should be fixed soon.
