[Kolab-devel] [issue4454] Export X.509 secret certificate needs default value for passphrase charset

Tested with gpg4win 2.0.3:
- export secret x.509 certificate
-> no passphrase charset preselected in the export dialog (screenshot attached)!

Expected: expedient default value should be preselected.

Maybe it's a backend issue?
