[Kolab-devel] [issue4447] Deleting contact from distribution list with DELETE key and Remove button

Test with enterprise35 20100701.1146680:

1. Create contact A and B.
2. Create new distribution list L.
3. Add A and B to L.
4. Select L. (A+B are displayed in the list)
5. Select A in the list of L.
6. Press ENTF/DELETE key.
7. Confirm dialog "Do you really want to delete this contact?" with [Delete].
=> A is _full_ removed from L and address book. Message doesn't describe clearly
that contact will be removed from list _and_ address book.

8. Select B in the list of L.
9. Click [Remove] button.
=> B is removed from L, but _not_ removed from address book.

Expected: same behavior of ENTF key and [Remove] button!

Minimal fix: Improve confirm dialog message of step 7.
