tested with Kontact e35 20100122.1078643-kk1

Test:
1. A invites B with an inline png-file attachment.
2. B syncs and tries to open the png attachment.
=> Fails to open.
3. B saves the png attachment.
4. B tries to open it with kuickshow. 
=> This fails. The saved attachment has a 3B size.
