[Kolab-devel] [issue4025] Users can not change theire password (in 2.2.3)

With the new Server 2.2.3 users can not change their own password
using the admin interface anymore.

When trying to change the Password using kolab web admin one gets the
error:

LDAP Error: Could not modify object cn=Test Eins,dc=example,dc=com: Insufficient
access

This was reported by users and verified by me using a fresh
installation of 2.2.3.

Gunnar, could you please have a look at this, soon?  Thanks!
