observed with Kontact e35 20100101.1071145-kk2

Test:
1. Double click on a mail.
=> The mail is shown in window.
2. Select view->header->all in the window
3. Press on print and print the mail to a file.
=> The mail is printed in the main header style and not in the selected header
style.
