[Kolab-devel] [issue4173] ArchiveDefinition: warn if none are present/valid

There should be a warning about missing ArchiveDefinitions if none are 
given/valid. Currently, it just shows an empty combobox. Maybe make that 
read-write, to allow ad-hoc archivers?

This bug was extracted from kolab/issue4164 ("sub-bug 2").
