[Kolab-devel] [issue4171] kronolith: personal calendar not selected by default

By default kronolith does not show the personal calendar for a new user, the
checkbox is unselected. Maybe it would be good to change the default for that
checkbox.

Tested with horde-1.2-0 with kolab 2.2 branch patches from
http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/server/patches/horde-webmail/1.2.0/tg/?only_with_tag=kolab_2_2_branch
