[Kolab-devel] [issue4165] kolab-webclient does not show shared/ calendar and contact folders

kolab-webclient does not show shared calendar and contact folders stored on a
kolab server configured with unixhierarchysep. The attached patch shows the
lines that need fixing. The current code seems to expect unixhierarchysep for
'user'-Subfolders but not for 'shared'.
Tested with horde-1.2-0 with kolab 2.2 branch patches from
http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/server/patches/horde-webmail/1.2.0/tg/?only_with_tag=kolab_2_2_branch
