I am the aforementioned Dr. Paul Adams (just "Paul" will do, "padams" on 
Freenode). My background is in researching the productivity of Free Software 
projects and, in particular, the impact of the SCM choice on productivity.

You may also know me as:
- Co-founder and former chairman of the British Computer Society's Open Source 
Special Interest Group
- A Zope/Plone contributor (you would really need to stretch your brain to 
remember this)
- A KDE community member (I conduct research into KDE community/productivity 
issues)

I do not have much more to add with regards to what the new business will be 
up to. Certainly nothing to add to what Georg has already stated.

I look forward to working with you all in growing Kolab and its ecosystem.
