[Kolab-devel] [issue4162] Crash when PREP_ENCRYPT, (SIGN, ) ENCRYPT cycle wasn't completed.

To reproduce:
1. Start Kleopatra
2. call gpg-connect-agent -S ~/.gnupg/S.uiserver and type in:
   /serverpid
   session 123 Re: Letter received
   sender --info -- sender at example.org
   recipient recipient at example.org
   prep_encrypt --expect-sign
   bye
3. Resolve the certificates in the dialog, click OK.
4. Quit Kleopatra
=> Crash, caused by deleting after the death of QApplication the dialog held
   in flight waiting for the following SIGN and/or ENCRYPT commands.
Expected: no crash.

Only minor bug since this should never happen in practice.
