[Kolab-devel] [issue4154] Add User-ID doesn't take admin restrictions from [CertificateCreationWizard] into account

1. Add this:
    [CertificateCreationWizard]
    EMAIL_regex=.*@kdab.com
   to your kleopatrarc.
2. Start kleopatra]
3. Right-click a secret key -> Add User-ID...
4. Type something into the 'Real Name' field, so it becomes valid.
5. Type 'foo at kdab.net' into the 'Email address' field
=> OK
Expected: since foo at kdab.net doesn't match .*@kdab.com, the OK button should 
not be enabled, and an error message shown.
