tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100212.1089100-kk1

Test:
1. switch to the calendar in agenda view.
2. Create a new event today with recurrence(weekly, every week on a different
weekday)
3. Look at the agenda view today. 
=> event is not displayed.
4. Switch to month view.
=> The event is displayed at the creation date(today).
Slight inonsistence. I expect the event not to be displayed in the monthview at
the creation date.
