[Kolab-devel] [issue4136] Add Power-User-Mode with config option

Please add a Kleopatra config option to enable "power user mode" (or similar).
Default: disabled

If user enabled this option all crypto operations run without any dialog of
result or confirmation.
Only in case of conflict (there are more than one certificate which matchs with
sender/recipient) or errors (verification/decrytion failed) Kleopatra should
show a certificate choice dialog / result dialog.
