To reproduce:
1. Insert NetKey v3 card w/nullpin
2. Start Kleopatra
3. Click on blinking Kleo icon
-> dialog come up
4. Click on "Set Initial PIN (NKS)" button
5. Cancel the pinentry that comes up
=> "Set Initial PIN (SigG)" button is enabled, "Set Initial PIN (NKS)" is 
disabled.
Expected: It should be the other way around.
