[Kolab-devel] [issue4127] New certificate: Disabling certificate usage 'signing' doesn't work

Tested with Kleo 2.0.13-svn1084205 (gpg4win-2.0.2rc1):
- create new OpenPGP certificate; with Advanced Settings -> Technical Details ->
_Disable_"Signing"
- view certificate details after creation:
=> tab overview: "Certificate usage" shows "Signing EMails and Files" although
signing option was disabled.

Note: Disabling/enabling option "encrytion" and "authentication" works correctly.
